These terms describe how you may use this website and how published walk information should be read. They are written in plain language and do not replace independent judgement about outdoor activity.

Information only

Route notes, terrain tags, and photographs are general descriptions based on recent inspections. Surfaces change with weather and maintenance work. You remain responsible for assessing conditions on the day you walk.

No professional services

Coordinators are volunteers who publish schedules. They do not provide regulated professional services or commercial guided tourism through this site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the contact form, not to upload harmful code, and not to scrape the site in a way that degrades availability for others. We may throttle or block abusive traffic.

Optional goods

Printed items described on the goods page are offered separately from walks. Prices include VAT where applicable; the return page explains how to send unused items back within the stated window.

Intellectual property

Text and layout on this domain are owned by the programme operator unless otherwise noted. You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution; copying entire pages without permission is not allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of the site or reliance on published walk notes. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts in that jurisdiction have non-exclusive competence unless mandatory consumer rules say otherwise.
